Article 7 – Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Article 8 – Exclusions from Returns

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products made to customer specifications or personalized items.

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., swimwear) if the protective hygiene strip is removed, damaged, or missing.

  • Used or damaged goods.

Article 9 – Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Payment is required at checkout via the payment methods available on our site.

  • We are not responsible for additional charges such as customs duties or import taxes.

Article 10 – Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed immediately and shipped directly from our international warehouse.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • One Stop Xmas Shop is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or carriers.
