Can I return my order?

Yes, you can. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components.

  • The product must be handled properly; damage caused by misuse is not eligible.

  • For hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., swimwear), the protective hygiene strip must be intact and not removed or damaged.

  • Defective products must be reported immediately upon delivery.

  • All returns must include Track & Trace (tracking number). Without proof of shipment, we cannot process a refund.

  • Returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package.

⚠️ Do not send returns to the sender’s address on the package. Only ship returns to the address we provide after you contact us.

➡️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


How do I return my order?

To start a return, email us at support@onestopxmasshop.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the product (if damaged/defective)

  • Full name and shipping address

We’ll then provide you with the correct return address and further instructions.


Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

  • The withdrawal period begins the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

  • Since our system is fully automated, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Refunds are only possible after the product has been returned to us.

  • You must notify us clearly (e.g., by email) if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The return is valid only once the goods have been received at our warehouse.

Proof of Return

Our products are shipped from Asia, and transit times may be longer than average. If your package is already on its way, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until delivery and then return the package to us.

For faster processing, always provide us with your shipment confirmation and tracking details.


Refunds

If you withdraw from the agreement and return the product:

  • We will refund your payment (excluding shipping costs and any additional fees for premium shipping methods you selected).

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving both your withdrawal request and the returned goods.

  • Refunds are made using the same payment method you used at checkout, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for refunds.
